Requests received later than 30 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
What happens if the Item(s) you received are damaged?
We will replace item(s) immediately. All you need to do is email us the pictures of the damaged item(s) to the email id mentioned below. We shall immediately get in touch with you and arrange for the pickup of the item(s) and ship you a new set asap. All the costs will be borne by us. If however you insist on a refund instead of replacement, we will refund the full amount to you. We will however need your cooperation in the pickup of the damaged item(s).
What happens if you do not like Item(s) that we have sent?
We have a no questions asked refund policy offer that lasts 30 days from the receipt of the item(s) by you. Please notify us on email. We will get in touch with you, process your refund and arrange for the pickup of the item(s). We will however need your cooperation in the pickup of the item(s).
Note 1: To be eligible for a full refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged or used products may not be eligible for returns. If 30 days have gone by since you received the item(s), unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Note 2: There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due error on our part.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
If your refund has been approved by us, then your it will be processed within a 5-7 working days from CareBear team. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
